My name is Luther Gatewood, and I am an entrepreneur looking to buy and run your business. I have over a decade of experience investing in healthcare companies, and I’ve invested in Medicare Advantage provider groups, pharmaceutical developers and manufacturers, and HCIT companies serving payors and providers.

My approach to acquiring your company is collaborative, and I am best suited to work with someone who wants to completely exit their business or retain a minority stake to participate in the potential upside. I am not an expert in your particular operating niche, but I learn quickly. I am creative and resourceful, and I’ll do my best to navigate the challenges that arise during a deal with you. 

I am looking for a great business that has considerable growth potential remaining. I want customers who are satisfied with the service offering and employees who are excited to log on or come to the office. 

The process with me will be a few initial calls to get to know each other and learn more about your business followed by a review of financial information. Based on that, I can put together an initial proposal to discuss. If we’re in agreement on high level terms, I want to meet in person (if we haven’t already), review additional information, and deliver you a Letter of Intent. I will only submit a Letter of Intent if I plan on consummating a transaction. From there, we move to confirmatory due diligence and legal documentation. At the end, you get a hopefully very large financial windfall, and I take over day-to-day leadership of the business.
